PVC墻板的生產(chan)工藝流程如下：

①　第一步：混料。通過(guo)混料機將PVC樹脂，碳酸鈣粉(fen)和化學(xue)助劑均(jun)勻混合。

②　第二步：擠出。將混合好的(de)(de)原料通過(guo)螺旋上料機(ji)(ji)(ji)，投入(ru)(ru)到PVC擠出機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)螺桿(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)筒里，原料在螺桿(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)筒內部開始(shi)熔融，產生化學反應，最后通過(guo)模具，被擠出，進入(ru)(ru)真空定型(xing)臺，再經過(guo)冷卻，切割

③　第(di)三步(bu)：覆(fu)膜(mo)(mo)。將生產出來的(de)PVC板(ban)放在覆(fu)膜(mo)(mo)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)，在板(ban)材(cai)表面貼(tie)上(shang)(shang)不同的(de)花紋造型，最終完(wan)成(cheng)PVC墻板(ban)。覆(fu)膜(mo)(mo)機(ji)一(yi)般分為冷膠(jiao)覆(fu)膜(mo)(mo)機(ji)和熱(re)膠(jiao)覆(fu)膜(mo)(mo)機(ji)。

④　第四(si)步：破碎機(ji)。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)不合(he)格PVC板投入破碎機(ji)，破碎成小塊狀。

⑤　第(di)五步：磨粉(fen)機(ji)。經(jing)過破碎機(ji)處理后的塊狀廢料，投入磨粉(fen)機(ji)，將廢料磨成(cheng)粉(fen)狀，可以投入到擠出(chu)機(ji)重新生產，循壞利用(yong)，降低成(cheng)本。

1.擠出機Extruder

該擠(ji)出機，能(neng)耗低，產量高(gao)，下料擠(ji)出穩(wen)定，使用壽命長。

This extruder has the advantage of low energy consumption, high capacity, stable material extrusion and long service life.

2.真(zhen)空定型臺 calibration table

真空定型臺(tai)的(de)寬(kuan)度(du)結構有YF300型、YF400型、YF600型等更大的(de)規格。

Based on the width, the specification for calibration table are: YF300,YF400, YF600。

真空定型臺(tai)上下、前后方(fang)向控制(zhi)采用電動(dong)控制(zhi)系統(tong)，帶限位裝(zhuang)置,有(you)安全急停開(kai)關。左右、和(he)水平傾斜度(du)可(ke)用首輪微調(diao)，該調(diao)節方(fang)式可(ke)以大(da)大(da)減少模具安裝(zhuang)難(nan)度(du)，更精確地(di)調(diao)整制(zhi)品的直線性。

The calibration table can be move up and down, right and left with electric control. This equipment also has position-limitation device and emergency button device.

真空定型臺(tai)水循環冷卻和(he)真空定型系統，可以(yi)完善保證制品的平(ping)整度(du)(du)和(he)光潔度(du)(du)，提高(gao)產(chan)量。

The water cooling and calibration system is key part to make sure the plain surface and smooth & shine surface and increase the capacity.

3.牽引機haul off unit

牽引機的(de)寬度結構(gou)由YF300型(xing)(xing)、YF400型(xing)(xing)、YF600型(xing)(xing)等更大的(de)規格。

Based on the width, the specification for hual-off unit are: YF300,YF400, YF600.

牽(qian)引(yin)履(lv)帶(dai)(dai)采用電機直連，帶(dai)(dai)限(xian)位裝(zhuang)置(zhi)，有安全急停裝(zhuang)置(zhi)，上(shang)下牽(qian)引(yin)履(lv)帶(dai)(dai)速度采用變頻調速同步控制(zhi)。

The haul-off unit is directly connect with the motor and has the position-limitation device and emergency button device. The belts both up and down are controlled by frequency invertor.

4.切割(ge)機 cutter

該切割(ge)(ge)機具有(you)高精度、快(kuai)速反(fan)應、制品(pin)切割(ge)(ge)端面(mian)整潔干凈，無需二次(ci)加(jia)工(gong)，鋸屑收集干凈等特性(xing)。

This cutter has high efficiency and rapid cutting response. The cutting surface for the product is clean and tidy and no need second time processing.

5.PVC集成墻(qiang)板優點：
